…HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM FRIDAY TO 2 AM EST
SATURDAY…

  • WHAT…Southeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 70 mph
    expected.
  • WHERE…Portions of south central and southwest Maine. Portions of
    central and southern New Hampshire. Peak winds are expected closer
    to the coast.
  • WHEN…From 1 AM Friday to 2 AM EST Saturday.
  • IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
    Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
    especially for high profile vehicles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and
avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution
if you must drive. Also secure outdoor holiday decorations.
