.A strong frontal system will quickly move across the area this
afternoon. Rainfall will begin this morning, with strong low level
winds enhancing rainfall rates and totals in the higher terrain.
Rain rates may exceed 1 to 1.5 inches per hour, tapering into the
evening hours.

  • WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
    possible.
  • WHERE…Portions of western Maine, including the following area,
    Southern Oxford. Portions of northern New Hampshire, including the
    following areas, Northern Carroll and Northern Grafton.
  • WHEN…Through this evening.
  • IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
    creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
    Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks, and low-water
    crossings may be flooded.
